Home Rescue Restoration Process

Step 1:  Evaluation of Damages
This is the first step in restoring your home back to its pre-loss condition and putting your life back in order.   During this step in the process we thoroughly evaluate the extent of damage to your home.

Step 2:  Consultation with Insurance Provider.
In most cases, this is the first time a homeowner isfaced with making a claim on their homeowners insurance.  Most homeowners have a lot of questions as to how the process works and the terminology used by the insurance industry.  We will assist you in making sure your questions are answered and we will work hand-in-hand with you and your insurance provider throughout the entire process.  This step achieves two very important things; it allows up to make sure the estimate we are preparing is in line with the estimate or claim that they have prepared and it opens up the line of communication with your insurance company, which provides for a smoother process for all parties.

Step 3:  Review Estimate and Scope of Repairs.
We will provide you with adetailed scope of repairs that need to be made to your home along with the associated costs.  It is important to note, that not all damage will be immediatelyevident.  However, we employ our experience and knowledge to the best of our ability to determine the total extent of damage and what steps must be taken in order to repair your home.  If we determine throughout the process that there are additional repairs that were a direct result of the loss, then we will work with your insurance company to make sure the damages are covered.

Step 4:  Construction.
We will organize the work to be performed on yourhome in a professional and timely manner.   We will work with you and your schedule to provide you with the best customer experience possible.  Many of our customers are still living in their homes while the repairs are taking place, or they have had to find temporary living arrangements.  We understand that this is a very stressful situation for most homeowners.  Keeping this in mind, we strive to restore your home as quickly as possible without compromising the integrity of the repairs.

Step 5:  Completion.
Throughout the process of restoring your home back to its pre loss condition, we are constantly monitoring the flow of progress and quality of work.  However, when we have completed the work, we will conduct a post construction evaluation with you to make sure you are satisfied with the end results.  During this step we will address any remaining issues that you may have.
